14. TERMINATION

Baji Live may terminate your account and restrict access to the Services at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curaçao Arbitration Association.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Baji Live shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, except as may be required by law.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Baji Live shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, and government actions.

18. GOVERNING LANGUAGE

The English language shall be the governing language of this Agreement.

19. HEADINGS AND SECTIONS

Headings and sections used herein are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision.

20. DEFINITE TERM

The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Baji Live and its successors, assigns, and licensees.
